                                      different perspective)

                17.00 – 18.30 Asana practic

                19.00 – 20.00 Dinner

                20.30 – 21.30 Tratak (Gayatri Mantra)

 

Saturday: 06.15 – 06.30 Wake up drink (hot milk, sugar, ginger, cinnamon)

                06.30 – 07.00 Savitri Meditation (and awareness of respiration)

                07.15 – 08.00 Pranayama (nyasam, surya bhedana)

                08.00 – 10.00 Breakfast

                10.30 – 12.30 Yoga Philosophy (What does devotion to

                                      a Higher force mean?)

                12.30 – 14.00 Lunch

                15.30 – 17.00 Silent walking meditation

                17.00 – 18.30 Asana practice (silence & stillness)

                18.30 – 20.00 Silent Dinner

                 20.30 – 21.30 Chakra Meditation

 

Sunday:   06.15 – 06.30 Wake up drink (hot milk, sugar, ginger, cinnamon)

                06.30 – 07.00 Meditation (anapana-sati and vipassana-bhavana)

                07.15 – 08.00 Asana practice (hands on & alignement)

                08.30 – 10.00 Breakfast

                10.30 – 12.30 Yoga Philosophy (Narada Bhakti Sutra -

                                    Yoga of Devotion & Love)
