I'd like to begin by giving you a short introduction about Gentle-Yoga (yosha) and myself.
People say that I do everything with a lot of passion and authenticity.
I think that's a good description.
My journey started in the year 1965.
Since 2000 I have been regularly practicing yoga. I am following the tradition of Sri Krishnamacharya and B.K.S.Iyengar. Along my journey I have had the privileg to meet very gifted and guided people. To name but a few, these have included a Buddhist Monk, an Indian Yoga and Chanting Teacher, an Australian Yoga Teacher, who is leading Teacher in Yoga Therapy with more than 40 years of teaching experience and my Shaman Teacher, who I have been with for many years - and Guruji who is guiding me with his enormous wisdom and love.
I am very thankful for these people - without them I wouldn't be where I am today - a medically approved certified Yoga Teacher and Shaman and a very blessed person who lives a life full of joy and laughter. Since 2014 I have authored and released nine books on the subjects Yoga and Awareness.
I am running a Yoga Center (www.atpeace.eu) in Munich, teach yoga daily - groups or individual - and accompany people with various concerns - mentally, physically or emotionally. I offer teacher trainings for yoga teachers and I have written a few books about yoga and awareness.
Over the years I have taken part in many intensive workshops around the globe. For the last 10 years I have been teaching in India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Spain, Greece, UK, Austria and Germany.
The tradition that forms the foundation of my practice is Sri Krishnamacharya.
However, after so many years and and so many different influences I've created my own yoga style. Yosha.
Yosha is the fusion of Yoga and Shamanism.
